Step 1: Getting a Quote

Help me help you! By answering a few questions I can get to know you and your business better so I can get you a web design quote. Just contact me and we can have a conversation about it.

Do you have a logo?

No? I do provide logo design services so just let me know if you would like this to be included in the website quote.

Content?

Do you have a business plan or anything that will help me to understand your business better? Contact me with this information so we can determine the number of pages, function, images, etc are needed.

What is your style?

What websites do you love or hate? List 2-3 and Why. Should I know you detest the color orange, robots, or something else that I would have otherwise no way of knowing?

Hosting and Domain?

Who is your current hosting company? Do you need website hosting and a domain referral?

The purpose?

What are you are expecting out of your website? Trying to communicate through your website? ie. overview of services, selling a product, collect emails, etc.

Budget?

What is your budget? I ask so I can give you a range of costs and let you know if I can work within it.

Step 2: Let’s Get Started!

Logo

Before starting your website I will need a vector logo file.

Content Outline

I can help set this up and copy edit.

Deposit

The deposit is 50% of the quoted amount. I do use paypal so I can accept cards.

Hosting and Domain

I don’t personally provide hosting or domains at this time but will be happy to make a recommendation and walk you through the set up.

Step 3: Complete Your Website

Let’s go live!

Revise

Do you need minor revisions? There may be an additional charge for major revisions such as adding new functions or pages not quoted.

Finalize

You sign off on the site being ready to go live.

Go live

So we are all squared away with how the site looks and the remaining balance? Great it’s yours and it’s live!

If you want to know how to make your own updates and edits I will show you. We can do this via phone, skype, or in person depending on location.
